Le cultivateur 5640 est doté de cinq rangées de tiges pour un débit de résidus exceptionnel, idéal pour les environnements de cultures commerciales à haut rendement d'aujourd'hui. Les tiges sont espacées avec précision de 6 pouces et disposées selon un motif divisé au milieu, garantissant une élimination complète des mauvaises herbes sur toute la largeur. De plus, il comprend une conception d'attelage flottante innovante et un contrôle positif de la profondeur d'arrêt, qui garantissent ensemble une profondeur de travail constante, cruciale pour une germination et une émergence uniformes des semis.

Conception divisée en deux

Attelage flottant

Le système exclusif d’attelage flottant de KUHN Krause mesure avec précision la profondeur de travail du sol pour les terrains vallonnés, ce qui permet une émergence rapide et uniforme. La profondeur uniforme du travail du sol crée une humidité constante dans la zone des semences, ce qui leur permet de puiser l’humidité du sol environnant au même rythme. Cela favorise une émergence régulière des semis, ce qui est essentiel pour maximiser le potentiel de rendement. Les attelages traditionnels ne sont pas adaptés au terrain vallonné : ils creusent plus profondément au sommet des collines et sont trop peu profonds dans les vallées. Cela peut entraîner une émergence inégale et affecte immédiatement le potentiel de rendement final.

Avantages de l’attelage flottant

L’attelage flottant de KUHN Krause présente jusqu’à 57 % de points d’usure en moins que les modèles conventionnels. La réduction du nombre de pièces mobiles diminue le risque de panne pendant la saison critique de préparation du lit de semences. En position de terrain, le modèle 5635 épouse les contours du sol vallonné, puis se transforme en un style rigide et autonivelant lorsqu’il est relevé en position de transport. Le système d’attelage flottant soulève les roues de jauge au-dessus du sol pendant le transport. Cela améliore la stabilité et le contrôle de la machine par rapport aux modèles d’attelage flottant conventionnels. Les conceptions conventionnelles produisent généralement un « tremblement de la roulette » et peuvent devenir instables pendant le transport, en particulier à grande vitesse.

Deux options de rabatteurs offertes

Choisissez parmi deux conceptions de conditionneur agronomique. Le rabatteur à spirale ronde robuste permet de dimensionner et de raffermir les mottes dans les sols moelleux de type loam, et offre un meilleur rendement dans les conditions humides. Le rabatteur à spirale plat robuste permet un dimensionnement agressif des mottes dans les sols durs ou très argileux.

Guardian Hitch™

Cette option exclusive offre une protection contre les contraintes exercées sur le timon du tracteur et le châssis de l’outil. Les forces latérales du timon sont transférées par le pivot d’attelage où la charge de choc de l’entrée de la direction est amortie par des blocs d’uréthane. Choisissez l’attelage à rotule coulé à articulation Cat III, IV ou V, selon le modèle.
