Le nouveau Dominator® 4857 de KUHN Krause présente des caractéristiques de produit conçues pour optimiser l’élimination du compactage et la manipulation des résidus tout en réduisant le temps d’entretien. Les deux rangées de dents de sous-sol, fixées sur un espacement étroit de 18 po, permettent une fracture maximale du sous-sol. Le nouveau conditionneur à disques arrière en tandem inversé produit un nivellement constant du sol et une incorporation des résidus pour assurer l’homogénéité d’un passage à l’autre, tandis que le rouleau de conditionnement du sol assure le dimensionnement final des mottes ainsi que le raffermissement du sol du lit de semences. Des fonctions sans entretien sont intégrées à l’ensemble du Dominator 4857, ce qui réduit le temps nécessaire à la lubrification quotidienne, vous place plus rapidement sur le terrain et augmente la productivité de l’opérateur. Les largeurs de travail vont de 10 pi 6 po à 19 pi 6 po, et des modèles à 7, 9, 11 ou 13 dents sont offerts.

Socs

Le module de socs Dominator® 4857 comporte des socs ultra-larges de 25 po de diamètre sur un espacement de 9 po pour une meilleure découpe des résidus par rapport aux disques. Un système de pression hydraulique innovant permet à l’opérateur de régler la pression descendante en fonction des conditions. Avec une pression descendante constante, les socs cherchent automatiquement la profondeur qui offre une résistance de coupe optimale. Les trains de disques des socs sont fixés avec des bras de roulement Rock-FlexMC pour une protection supplémentaire. Les socs sont équipés de roulements PEER® TILLXTREMEMC qui ne nécessitent aucun entretien.

Espacement des dents

On obtient un schéma de division en deux parties avec deux rangées de dents sur un espacement de 18 po, aucune n’étant plus proche que 36 po sur la même poutre. Cela permet une fracture maximale du sol et un fonctionnement ininterrompu dans les résidus lourds.

Points Double K®

Les sous-soleuses Double K doublent la durée de vie des anciennes sous-soleuses Dominator de KUHN Krause fabriquées en acier avec extrémités en carbure. Choisissez la sous-soleuse à aile de 7 po pour une fracture optimale ou la sous-soleuse droite de 2,5 po pour un tirant réduit.

Conditionneur à disque arrière

Le conditionneur à disques tandem inversé Dominator® 4857 est commandé hydrauliquement pour répondre aux diverses exigences en matière de résidus et de nivellement de la surface. Les lames avant sont des disques de coupe cannelés de 24 po de diamètre avec un espacement de 18 pouces et les lames arrière sont des disques cannelés de 24 po de diamètre avec un espacement de 12 po, avec des lames d’amincissement à 4 lobes fixés au centre pour réduire la taille des mottes et niveler le sol. Un bras en C spécialement conçu permet désormais de porter directement le moyeu du disque. Cette nouvelle combinaison de bras en C et de moyeu fournit 10 % de flux de terre et de résidus en plus à travers le conditionneur à disque pour améliorer le fonctionnement continu dans des conditions défavorables. Deux vérins hydrauliques contrôlent la position du conditionneur à disques arrière pour une hauteur de fonctionnement optimale par rapport à la surface du sol labouré.

Ensemble de roulements sans entretien

Les lames portées indépendamment sur un moyeu à 6 boulons contenant un double roulement à contact angulaire équipé de 11 joints à lèvre offrent une fiabilité exceptionnelle et un fonctionnement sans entretien.
