Chaque roue Packer en fonte ductile offre une excellente durabilité dans des conditions rocheuses et un entretien réduit du train de disques du Packer. Les roulements regraissables SuperSeal de KUHN Krause sont offerts de série sur tous les axes des Packers 4400 pour assurer une longue durée de vie et une robustesse à toute épreuve. Comme les modèles Flex-Wing ne comportent pas de roulements de trains de disques intermédiaires, les roulements SuperSeal peuvent être facilement retirés du train de disques pour l’entretien sans avoir à démonter les trains de disques, ce qui représente une économie de temps et de travail que vous apprécierez certainement. Les racleurs réversibles permettent de travailler dans des sols plus humides et plus collants, prolongeant ainsi la fenêtre de fonctionnement. Comme ils sont réversibles, ils offrent une durée de vie deux fois plus longue que les modèles non réversibles.

Conception Flex-Wing

La conception à ailes flexibles du modèle 4400 permet aux ailes Packer de suivre les contours du terrain et peut fléchir vers le bas jusqu’à 6 degrés et vers le haut jusqu’à 45 degrés.

Caractéristiques de la flèche

Une flèche télescopique, présente sur les modèles 4400 à ailes flexibles, augmente la longueur de la flèche de 13 pi 4 po à 23 pi 3 po. Cette conception permet des virages plus serrés lorsque l’unité est tirée derrière une machine de travail du sol. Rentrez la flèche pour faciliter le transport et l’entreposage. Une biellette de nivellement de la flèche permet d’apporter des ajustements rapides et faciles sur le terrain et élimine le besoin d’ajuster des « cales ».
